GRAPES:  Feteasca Alba (Indigenous Moldovan white grape variety)

 COLOR  Pale yellow color, brilliant and attractive.

TASTE: Refreshing white wine with delicate flowery flavors and a crisp, fruity palate.

Wine Making Notes:

In order to balance out the sharp acidity, characteristic to this variety, some residual natural sugar was preserved in this wine, by stopping the fermentation towards its end. This gives the final wine extra roundness and finesse.

Interesting Facts:

The latitude of the Codru Region (Moldova) is the same as the Burgundy in France. It provides the high quality wines at the fraction of the price of French ones.
